First method

-Double click on .abr file (Photoshop must run automatically).

Second method

- Run Adobe Photoshop CS

- Active “brush” tool:

- Click on the option palette to open the brush preset picker:

- Click on little triangle in the upper right corner:

- On the list you choose “load brushes”:

- Choose path to .abr file.
